The space

Take advantage of this superb new two-room apartment with terrace, located in the heart of Porticcio, for a comfortable stay, whether you're on vacation as a couple or with friends.

The apartment features a bright living room with a convertible corner sofa, a convivial dining area and a flat-screen TV, all opening onto a terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding area. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge and all you need to prepare your meals with ease.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with quality bedding, guaranteeing peaceful, restful nights. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and washing machine for added convenience, offering you all the comfort you need during your stay.

The terrace is a real asset, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy your meals al fresco, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. You'll also have access to the swimming pool of the neighboring tourist residence, ideal for extra moments of relaxation under the Corsican sun.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The apartment's location is ideal, just a few minutes from Porticcio's sandy beaches and shops. You can take advantage of the many activities available in the area, including water sports, boat trips and hikes offering spectacular views of the Corsican coastline.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
