The space

This pretty, typical 130m² villa is located in the commune of Pietrosella, on the south shore of Ajaccio. With its ideal location, you can easily walk to the beach, which is just 400 meters away. Imagine walking a few minutes to reach the fine sand and enjoy the sea at any time of day.

The villa features a large terrace with panoramic sea views, perfect for admiring the magnificent sunsets while sharing an aperitif. Four spacious bedrooms, three with double beds and one with single beds, guarantee optimum comfort for all guests. With a total sleeping capacity of 11, including double beds, single beds and a convertible sofa, this villa is ideal for welcoming family and friends. All linen is provided, so you can settle in with complete peace of mind.

Private parking is available for your vehicle, and high-speed WiFi is available to keep you connected. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven and microwave, so you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy the flavors of island gastronomy. You'll also find a washing machine with drying rack, to guarantee clean clothes throughout your stay, as well as an ironing kit to ensure you have impeccable outfits.

To make you feel right at home, a coffee machine and teapot are available, perfect for relaxing in the morning or after a busy day. Whether you're planning a getaway with family or friends, this villa is the ideal setting for a relaxing, authentic vacation on the Ajaccio coast.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

The neighborhood

The villa is perfectly situated for exploring the wonders of the region. You can enjoy the magnificent sandy beaches, take part in water sports such as paddling or diving, and go hiking on the many trails offering breathtaking panoramas of the sea and surrounding mountains. You can also discover Corsican specialities and soak up the region's friendly atmosphere in the small local restaurants.
