The space

Discover this attractive T3 duplex, located in a recent residence just 200 meters from the beaches and close to Porticcio town center, offering the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. The modern, comfortable atmosphere is perfect for enjoying the beauty of the region.

From the large 30 m² terrace, admire the magnificent sunsets over the Sanguinaires Islands, while sharing an aperitif al fresco. The duplex sleeps six, divided between a double bed, two single beds and a convertible double sofa bed, with linen provided for your comfort.

You'll also benefit from secure parking, so you can move around with peace of mind, and a high-speed WiFi connection to keep you connected. The living room is equipped with an HD TV with over 160 channels for your moments of relaxation. The modern kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, with an oven and microwave at your disposal. For added convenience, a washing machine and drying rack are available, as well as an ironing kit to ensure impeccable outfits. Finally, a coffee machine and teapot await you to make you feel right at home.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of the region. You can easily get to the nearby beaches for relaxing days by the sea, enjoy water sports such as paddleboarding and diving, or go hiking on the paths offering breathtaking views over the bay. The center of Porticcio, with its many restaurants and boutiques, is also a great place to discover Corsican gastronomy and soak up the local atmosphere.

On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
