The space

Quiet and functional 25 m2 studio located in the heart of Rue Roi de Rome, a pedestrian street.
It comprises a large bedroom separate from the kitchenette and dining area, 1 beautiful shower room, 1 separate toilet, 1 dressing room with washing machine.
The kitchenette is small and very simply equipped: microwave, hob, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, small fridge.

A flat-screen TV, free WIFI access, iron and ironing board complete the facilities.

I take care of the housework before your arrival and after your departure. However, you'll have to take care of the garbage as the collection times don't allow me to do this...
Towels and sheets are provided and beds are made up. Shower gel, some coffee capsules and toilet paper are available in the apartment.

A luggage room located on rue conventionnel Chiappe can be used on the day of arrival and departure between 8am and 9pm.

Parking: 4 paying parking lots are just 200 meters away: Palais des Congrès, CELUI DE LA Miséricorde, Vieux Port Tino Rossi and Place de Gaulle.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

In the heart of Ajaccio's lively old quarter, 50 meters from the harbor, citadel and beach, on Rue Roi de Rome, “the village in the city”: the Cathedral, the 15th-century Citadel, the old Tino Rossi harbor, the Maison Bonaparte, the Musée Fesch, the Central Market, Saint François beach, etc.
The immediate proximity of major administrative centers may also be of interest to you for a professional stay: Palais des Congrès, Mairie, Hôtel de Région, Préfecture, banks, etc. are all within a 200-meter radius!
Parking: 3 pay parking lots are just 200 meters away: one at the Palais des Congrès, one at Place de Gaulle and one at the old Tino Rossi port.
