The space

This exceptional accommodation features a huge, bright living room, adorned with large picture windows that not only bathe the room in natural light but also offer direct access to a spacious terrace. Adjacent to this living room, you'll find a modern open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals, making every moment spent together unforgettable.

The villa offers eight spacious bedrooms with eight bathrooms, ensuring the necessary comfort and privacy for all your guests. Seven of these rooms are luxurious suites with queen-size beds, each elegantly decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences to ensure a relaxing stay. The eighth room, ideal for younger guests or friends sharing their space, is equipped with four single beds and decorated in a style that calls for relaxation and entertainment.

Outside, the villa excels just as much, with a large swimming pool that invites afternoons of relaxation or play in the water. The terrace offers a wonderful setting for sunbathing in the Mediterranean sunshine or enjoying a delicious meal al fresco. Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

This villa is located in the heart of Porticcio, and the beach can be reached on foot in just 4 minutes.
What's more, shops, restaurants, bars and numerous activities are within walking distance of the property.

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
