The space

As you enter this magnificent prestige apartment, you'll be greeted by a large, bright living room featuring a high-quality corner sofa for maximum comfort, a large TV for your evening relaxation, and a fully-equipped office area for those who need to work during their stay.
The room is ideally designed to combine luxury, relaxation and functionality. The living room opens onto the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, a huge marble worktop and central island, and a large dining table that comfortably seats 6, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals in an elegant and convivial setting.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a high-quality queen-size bed, guaranteeing the restful sleep you need after a long day of sightseeing or telecommuting. The decor of each room has been designed to create an atmosphere of calm and serenity, conducive to rest. Each room has ample storage space, perfectly integrated into the layout of the room.

The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a large walk-in shower and double washbasin for added comfort. The spacious toilet, which will delight tall people, is separate for added comfort and privacy. There's also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Located on the second floor, the apartment benefits from central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment all year round, tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
