The space

The apartment has a comfortable living room where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. The furnishings have been chosen to create a space that is both elegant and practical, with everything you need for a carefree stay.

The room is equipped with a queen-size bed (width 160cm), guaranteeing a restful sleep. Every detail has been thought out to maximize your comfort, in a warm and welcoming setting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can choose to enjoy indoors or on the beautiful terrace. The latter, with its outdoor furniture, is one of the apartment's major assets, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset dinner.

The bathroom is functional and well-appointed, with a separate WC for added convenience.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Overlooking the historic center, the apartment offers easy access to all of Ajaccio's wonders, while allowing you to retreat to a quiet, seductive setting at the end of the day. Beaches, museums, restaurants and stores are all close by, allowing you to live the Ajaccio experience to the full.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
