The space

Welcome to our haven of peace in Corsica, at Ocana, where a sublime 150m² villa designed for comfort and relaxation awaits you. Nestling in a breathtaking natural setting, this residence is the perfect setting for your holiday with family or friends.

The villa offers 4 cosy bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing up to 10 people to stay comfortably. With 2 modern bathrooms, privacy and comfort are assured for all guests. The large living room, the heart of the house, is the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, invites you to share gourmet moments.

Outside, there's plenty to do: a large terrace equipped with a barbecue promises delicious grills under the Corsican sky, while the private swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off and soak up the sun. The vast garden provides the perfect play area for children or a serene setting in which to relax.

Located in Ocana, this villa is the perfect base from which to discover Corsica's rugged beauty, from white sandy beaches to towering mountains. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or just relaxing by the pool, our villa is the perfect choice for an unforgettable getaway.

What's more, as the owners are beekeepers, you'll be able to follow bees as they forage among the many flowers dotted around the property, as well as the hives in which delicious Corsican honey is produced.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
