The space

Enjoy this magnificent apartment overlooking the Route des Sanguinaires, ideal for a family holiday. This 76 m² T3 offers a warm, modern setting, comfortably accommodating up to four people, with a dedicated space for a baby.

The apartment features a bright living room with uninterrupted sea views. This convivial living space is equipped with a TV and dining area, perfect for relaxing or sharing a moment with the family. The large adjoining terrace is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea air.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, offering optimum comfort for restful nights, while the children's bedroom is perfect for younger guests. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, whether for convivial breakfasts or family dinners.

The bathroom is functional and elegant, with separate WCs for added comfort. Located on the second floor of a building with elevator, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, guaranteeing a pleasant atmosphere whatever the season.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The apartment's location is also a real asset. Situated close to the most beautiful beaches on the Route des Sanguinaires, you can enjoy swimming in crystal-clear waters, strolling along the seafront or taking part in a variety of water sports. The surrounding area also offers a varied choice of restaurants, cafés and small shops, perfect for discovering local specialities and soaking up the Corsican atmosphere.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
