The space

Stay in our spacious 90m² T3 apartment, ideally located in the heart of Ajaccio's hyper-center, on the charming Rue du Roi de Rome. This apartment combines modern comfort with the charm of the old town, with a magnificent view from the rooftop terrace over the historic rooftops.

The bright double living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy TV, high-speed wi-fi, and inviting seating areas. The rooftop terrace offers a peaceful space where you can enjoy a drink or admire the view over Ajaccio.

The apartment has two beautifully decorated bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed for optimum comfort, and a second with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Each room has plenty of storage space for a well-organized stay.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The dining area features a comfortable table for four, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends.

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, and several storage spaces are available.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the heart of Ajaccio, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. You can enjoy the nearby beaches, explore the charming streets of the historic center, or visit Napoleon Bonaparte's house. The area is also full of cafés, local restaurants and small shops, perfect for discovering the authentic flavors and atmosphere of Corsica.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
