The space

This sumptuous villa boasts a host of spaces and facilities to make your stay unforgettable.

Let's start with the interior spaces.

Bedrooms:
There are 7 bedrooms, including two suites and four bedrooms with queen-size beds.
The two suites have a work area with a small desk.
In each room, the blinds are electric and equipped with remote controls.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking comfortable for everyone.

It includes, for large appliances :
- 2 convection ovens
- 1 microwave oven (the top one)
- 1 conventional large-capacity refrigerator
- 1 positive cupboard for storing fruit, vegetables, drinks and condiments. We've arranged it so that a wine cube can stand upright at the bottom of the cupboard. For wine lovers, this means you can keep your rosé in the fridge...
- A dishwasher. Equipped with a cutlery tray above the glass tray.
- 5-burner induction hobs.

Small appliances make life easier, too:
- Nespresso coffee maker
- Electric kettle
- Toaster
- Sodastream machine for sparkling water.
- Slicer: ideal for slicing cold meats.
- Large-capacity Magimix food processor.

The laundry room is equipped with :
- washing machine,
- tumble dryer
- drying rack,
- ironing board,
- an iron.
Laundry detergent and stain-repellent wipes are also available.

Air conditioning:
Each room has its own air-conditioning on/off control, with the option of adjusting the temperature.

SONOS system:
Several state-of-the-art SONOS speakers are located throughout the house.

Let's move on to the outdoor spaces.

The infinity pool:
The self-cleaning infinity pool overlooking the sea is a marvel. It closes with an electric roller shutter.

The terrace :
You'll find a Weber barbecue at your disposal.
The outside table can seat 12 or 14 people. An additional table is available in the living room.
The outdoor shower is supplied with hot water and operates with a presto.

Vegetable garden:
You can eat ripe fruit and vegetables. It contains beef heart tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, peppers, cucumbers and melons. Feel free to use any ripe fruit or vegetable.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The lack of overlooking offers a breathtaking view of the entire bay.
Take advantage of the many beaches, water sports, hiking trails and typical restaurants nearby.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
