The space

The apartment's interior features a bright living room where you can relax after a day of exploring. Both bedrooms are equipped to ensure a comfortable rest. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can choose to enjoy inside or outside on the spacious terrace.

The terrace is equipped with a dining area where you can enjoy good food al fresco while admiring the view over the peaceful, unoverlooked 100m² garden. It's the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

A private entrance gives access to the apartment in complete privacy, and there are two outdoor parking spaces.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Albitreccia, offering quick and easy access to the local beaches, just 1 minute away by car, and to the region's attractions. Whether you're looking to enjoy the beaches, the mountains, or simply relax in serene surroundings, this apartment offers the perfect base for a vacation in Corsica.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The location is ideal for discovering the wonders of the region. Nearby, you can explore the superb sandy beaches that line the coast, perfect for swimming, lounging or water sports such as paddling or kayaking. The region is full of small restaurants where you can sample local specialities and discover Corsican gastronomy.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
