Located just a few steps from Nice's magnificent Port Lympia, this charming 45m² 2-room apartment offers the ideal setting for enjoying the city to the full.
Featuring a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, plenty of practical storage space and a private bathroom, this apartment guarantees a functional and pleasant living space.

The fully equipped kitchen is a real highlight of this apartment. You'll find a modern oven, a Senseo coffee maker for a gentle wake-up call, a washing machine-dryer and a dishwasher, so you can prepare your meals with ease and enjoy optimum comfort every day.

The apartment also features a balcony accessible from the bedroom, providing an outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the mild Mediterranean evenings.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Its privileged location, just a stone's throw from the Old Town, the Petit Marais Niçois and the coulée verte, means you'll discover Nice's most beautiful districts as soon as you leave the apartment.
It's also close to the tramway to the airport and the bus to Monaco.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
