The space

Discover our ultra-functional studio apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate two people.

You'll be charmed by this well-appointed living space, offering all the comforts you need for your stay. Equipped with a real double bed, a rare feature for this type of accommodation, the studio guarantees peaceful, restful nights. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at your convenience, and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.

This studio is the ideal base for discovering Nice and the surrounding area. Located just 2 minutes' walk from Nice-Ville train station, it's perfect for a city trip, allowing you to explore the city and its region with ease. You'll also appreciate its proximity to shops, restaurants and major attractions. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a typical Nice building, without an elevator, offering an authentic experience in the heart of the city.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is vibrant and friendly, with many cafés, bakeries and local markets nearby. You're also just minutes from the famous beaches of the Promenade des Anglais and the charming streets of Vieux-Nice, ideal for a picturesque stroll.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
