The space

Discover this attractive 90 m² villa located in the commune of Pietrosella, on the south shore of Ajaccio. Ideally located, it offers quick access to the beach, just one minute away by car, and overlooks the magnificent Ruppione beach.

Enjoy a large terrace with exceptional panoramic sea views, perfect for admiring sunsets while enjoying an aperitif. The terrace also offers a covered dining area, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals while protected from the sun.

The villa has three bedrooms, equipped with two double beds and three single beds, offering comfortable space for the whole family.

The bright living room is furnished with a TV area for relaxing, as well as an indoor dining area, perfect for meals with family or friends. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave and coffee machine, is open to the living room, facilitating convivial moments while preparing delicious meals and savoring island gastronomy.

Private parking is also available.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

The villa is ideally located in Pietrosella, an area that abounds in outdoor activities. You can enjoy superb beaches, water sports such as paddling and diving, or beautiful hikes offering spectacular panoramic views of the coast. Local restaurants also await you to discover the flavors of Corsican cuisine.
