The space

The house has two cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed for peaceful nights lulled by the gentle sounds of the forest, and the other with two single beds, perfect for welcoming children or friends. Each room has been carefully decorated to ensure your well-being and offer you a true cocoon of serenity.

The spacious, carefully laid-out outdoor area has been designed with your comfort in mind: a lovely terrace with a large dining table lets you enjoy convivial meals al fresco, while a barbecue is at your disposal for simple, tasty grilling. A relaxation area with deckchairs awaits you for siestas in the sun or a moment of reading in the shade of the trees.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious breakfasts or more refined dinners, which you can enjoy while listening to the cicadas sing.

Surrounded by greenery, this little haven of peace is home to many animals: songbirds, butterflies, goats and cows, who share the peaceful surroundings. Nature is omnipresent, inviting you to disconnect completely.

A stay in this cottage is an immersion in a natural setting where time seems suspended.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

Nearby, you can explore the hiking trails that criss-cross the Corsican maquis, discover the surrounding beaches or take advantage of the water sports on offer in the region. Verghia is also not far from Ajaccio, making it easy to discover its heritage, local markets and typically Corsican atmosphere.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
