The space

Discover our attractive 40m² T2 apartment, ideal for up to 4 people, and make the most of your stay in Ajaccio.

The terrace is perfect for enjoying Ajaccio's mild summer evenings, offering you a pleasant outdoor space to relax or share a meal. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious dishes and taste the many Corsican specialties, while enjoying the comfort of your accommodation.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, accompanied by a spacious dressing room to store all your belongings, while the bright and welcoming living room offers a convivial space with TV, coffee table and sofa bed, ideal for getting together with family or friends.

Just a few minutes from Ajaccio's historic center, this T2 apartment is perfectly located for exploring the town. You can stroll through the local markets, visit the typical stores and sample Corsican cuisine in the many nearby restaurants.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The beautiful surrounding beaches, such as Plage de Saint-François and Plage d'Argent, are also within easy reach, perfect for a relaxing day out or enjoying water sports. Nature lovers can take to the hiking trails offering spectacular views over the Bay of Ajaccio, while the more adventurous can try their hand at water activities such as paddle boarding, diving and boat trips for an unforgettable Corsican experience.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
