Located on the 10th floor with elevator, this 80 m² apartment offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

The bright living room, equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table and dining area, is ideal for relaxing after a busy day, or sharing convivial moments with family and friends. Large windows let in an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Two comfortable bedrooms are at your disposal, each equipped with a double bed and quality bedding for peaceful nights. Typical decor and practical storage spaces ensure a relaxing, well-organized setting where you can feel right at home.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals with ease. Whether you want to prepare a gourmet dinner or a quick breakfast, this kitchen is ready to satisfy all your culinary desires.

The bathroom, with a spacious shower and separate toilet, offers practicality and comfort. Modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of storage space mean you can get ready in peace.

Finally, the terrace with outdoor furniture lets you enjoy the breathtaking view over Ajaccio while savoring your meals al fresco. Imagine having your morning coffee or a drink at sunset, facing the beauty of the town and the sea.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The apartment enjoys a privileged location overlooking the Place du Général de Gaulle in the heart of Ajaccio. Just a few steps from the main attractions, you can easily explore the historic center, enjoy the many restaurants, and relax at the nearby Saint-François beach. This central location allows you to take full advantage of Ajaccio's cultural activities, walks and lively atmosphere.
