With an optimized surface area of 35m², this studio has been designed to offer all the comfort you need. The living area includes a real queen-size bed for peaceful nights, as well as an inviting lounge equipped with sofa, TV and coffee table, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready to cater to all your culinary desires, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The modern bathroom features a washing machine, giving you added convenience, especially for longer stays.

You can also take advantage of the sunny terrace, with its unobstructed views, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an aperitif at the end of the day. What's more, a parking space is at your disposal, allowing you to park easily and explore the surrounding area without worry. Whether you're planning a couple's vacation or a solo getaway, this studio is the perfect place to recharge your batteries while enjoying the wonders of the region.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The location is ideal for exploring Corsica's west coast. Just a short walk will take you to Agosta beach for days of relaxation or water sports such as paddling and diving. Nearby hiking trails offer spectacular sea views, and there are plenty of restaurants to sample Corsican specialties.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
