The space

Stay in my charming 2-bedroom apartment, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. This cocoon of tranquility is perfect for vacations with family or friends, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, ready to cater to all your culinary desires, whether you're preparing a gourmet breakfast or a convivial dinner. Two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with a comfortable double bed for restful nights, and the other with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. The welcoming living room is a cosy space where you can relax in front of the TV after a busy day.

To complete the picture, a balcony with a magnificent view over the Bay of Ajaccio invites you to enjoy delicious alfresco meals while admiring the spectacular panorama. Imagine having coffee in the morning or sharing dinner at sunset while contemplating this breathtaking view, which makes every moment even more special. This apartment is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and make the most of every moment.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Nestled in Pietrosella, the apartment enjoys a privileged location close to the bay's fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. You can take advantage of the many water sports available on the coast, such as paddling, kayaking and scuba diving. The region also offers magnificent hiking trails to discover Corsica's natural beauty, as well as local restaurants to savor the island's gastronomy.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
