Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

The La Roquette district of Arles is known for its historic architecture, cobbled streets and pretty squares. It's also famous for its Provencal market, where visitors can buy fresh local produce, such as fruit and vegetables, herbs, cheeses and charcuterie. There are also numerous cafés, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine. It's also close to many tourist attractions such as the Arènes d'Arles, the Théâtre Antique and the Musée de l'Arles Antique. Last but not least, La Roquette is a lively neighborhood with many cultural and festive events organized throughout the year.
