Enjoy an authentic stay in our cozy T3 apartment, located in a new residence just a stone's throw from Porticcio's beaches and town center.Ideal for enjoying the mild Corsican climate with family or friends, this apartment invites you to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

The apartment comprises two comfortable bedrooms, decorated in Mediterranean style, with one double bed and two single beds to guarantee everyone a pleasant resting space. The bright living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The large 20m² wooden terrace is ideal for enjoying sunsets or sharing a meal al fresco.

There's secure parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an HD TV with Chromecast to keep you connected and entertained. The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals, while the coffee machine and teapot provide an extra touch of comfort. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

This apartment is the ideal base for exploring Porticcio and the surrounding area, with its sandy beaches, hiking trails offering magnificent views, and local restaurants where you can discover Corsican gastronomy.
After a day of exploring, relax on the terrace or curl up in the living room.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
