The space

Welcome to our cosy T2 apartment, ideally located at the entrance to Ajaccio, in a residence close to the beaches, the town center and all amenities. This charming accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay in Corsica, whether you're traveling as a couple, with family or friends.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, with all bed linen provided to guarantee optimum comfort. For families with young children, we also provide a cot. In the morning, take advantage of the 15m² terrace facing the rising sun, ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast.

The apartment also features secure parking, so you never have to worry about finding a parking space again. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected easily throughout your stay, as well as an HD TV with over 160 channels to keep you entertained.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and microwave, perfect for cooking tasty meals and discovering Corsican flavors. You'll also find a washing machine and drying rack, ensuring your clothes are always clean, as well as an ironing kit to keep your outfits looking their best.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
