The space

I'm delighted to welcome you to my 50 m² two-bedroom flat, ideally situated facing the sea, with an exceptional view of the famous Route des Sanguinaires. I have carefully furnished the flat to make it comfortable, bright and perfect for up to four people. I'm sure you'll have a relaxing and enjoyable stay here, within easy reach of the beaches and many local shops.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal together: oven, microwave, fridge and all the essential utensils. The living room, with its large bay window, has a comfortable sofa bed and flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day exploring the region.

The bedroom, warm and thoughtfully furnished, includes a cosy queen-size bed and a spacious dressing room to make you feel at home throughout your stay.

The balcony, with its breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or to watch a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. I hope my flat will be the perfect setting for your memorable holiday in Corsica.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

You'll love the flat's ideal location, just a short walk from beautiful beaches where you can relax in the sun or try water sports such as paddle boarding or snorkelling. I'd also recommend exploring the nearby local restaurants for some delicious Corsican specialities. For nature lovers, there are numerous hiking trails close to the accommodation, allowing you to take full advantage of the region's exceptional landscapes.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
