The space

Stay in this magnificent, fully renovated 3-room apartment, offering breathtaking panoramic views and a large terrace to take full advantage of Corsica's mild climate. Located in the heart of Porticcio, on the Ajaccio coast, this apartment is ideal for an unforgettable vacation just a few minutes from the beach.

The apartment features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals using local produce, bought at typical local markets. The kitchen opens onto a bright and welcoming living space, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family and friends.

The two bedrooms have been carefully decorated to provide a peaceful, relaxing setting. The first bedroom features a quality double bed for a comfortable night's sleep, while the second offers two single beds ideal for children or friends. A convertible sofa in the living room also provides a comfortable extra bed, perfect for entertaining guests.

The large terrace is a real highlight of the apartment, offering a privileged outdoor space where you can enjoy an alfresco breakfast or simply relax and admire the panoramic view of the surrounding area.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The apartment's location will enable you to discover all the wonders of the region. You'll be just a few minutes away from sandy beaches, ideal for swimming and water sports, as well as hiking trails offering breathtaking views of the Ajaccio coastline. The center of Porticcio is also full of small restaurants, boutiques and local markets, where you can fully immerse yourself in Corsican culture and gastronomy.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
