This magnificent contemporary villa of 170 m², all on one level, welcomes you in an exceptional setting, perfect for recharging your batteries and enjoying the beauty of Corsica. Located on the heights of Agosta, it's just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on Ajaccio's south shore, guaranteeing you an unforgettable stay under the Mediterranean sun.

The large bay windows flood the villa with natural light and offer spectacular views over the Bay of Ajaccio. Every morning, admire the horizon where sea and sky meet. The infinity pool, overlooking the sea, is a real gem, offering breathtaking panoramic views, while the sun loungers invite you to relax. The beach below is within easy walking distance, perfect for relaxing by the water.

The bright, spacious living room opens onto the terrace and pool. The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals using local produce, while remaining at the heart of the action. Large glass doors blur the boundaries between inside and outside, creating a convivial atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

The villa has three private bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Each room is decorated with care and equipped with generous storage space, ensuring a comfortable stay. High-quality linen is provided on arrival for an extra touch of luxury.

The large terrace, a natural extension of the living room, is ideal for al fresco dining or summer evenings under the stars. Quality garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to make the most of every outdoor moment.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

The villa's location is perfect for exploring the region's treasures. You can explore the hiking trails offering breathtaking panoramic views over Ajaccio Bay, or visit the charming Corsican villages nearby to discover local crafts. Water-based activities such as paddleboarding, scuba diving and boat excursions will also enable you to take full advantage of the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
