The space

Discover this attractive T3 apartment in a new residence, just 200 meters from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of Agosta beach. This apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends, offering all the comforts you need for an unforgettable vacation.

You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes, making it easy to enjoy the pleasures of the sea. From the large 30m² terrace, you'll have a magnificent view of the Sanguinaires Islands, perfect for admiring the sunset while enjoying an aperitif. The apartment sleeps four, with one double and two single beds, and linen is provided for your comfort.

The bright living room opens onto the terrace, creating a pleasant living space, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine and drying rack are also available, ensuring clean clothes throughout your stay. For your entertainment, an HD TV with over 160 channels is at your disposal, as well as a high-speed WiFi connection.

Secure parking in the residence allows you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. With a coffee machine and teapot, you'll be able to enjoy relaxing moments just like at home. This T3 is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Corsica, between beaches, relaxation and discovery.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

The location is ideal for exploring the Agosta region and surrounding area. Stroll along the coastal paths for panoramic sea views, or take a day trip to the Sanguinaires Islands for a day of discovery. Numerous water sports are also available nearby, including paddle boarding, scuba diving and boat trips to explore the wild beauty of Corsica's coastline.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
