The space

Discover our cozy T3 apartment, ideally located in a new residence close to the beaches and Porticcio town center. Designed to accommodate up to six people, this apartment is perfect for vacations with family or friends, with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Linen and towels are provided, so you can settle in worry-free as soon as you arrive.

Take advantage of the large 30m² wooden terrace, ideal for sharing a meal al fresco or relaxing after a busy day. Secure parking will give you peace of mind, and the high-speed Internet connection, accompanied by an HD TV with Chromecast, will guarantee pleasant moments of relaxation.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals using local produce purchased at Porticcio's markets. The warm ambience of the apartment, combined with its tasteful decor, makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Corsica.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The apartment's location means you can easily discover the region's most beautiful beaches, and enjoy a variety of water sports such as paddleboarding and diving. Nearby, you'll also find hiking trails offering spectacular sea views, as well as typical restaurants where you can sample Corsican cuisine.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
