The space

Discover this chic and cozy 90m² apartment, ideal for a vacation or extended stay in Ajaccio. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished, this apartment combines charm and modern comfort to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The living space comprises three bedrooms, each carefully decorated to provide a soothing, warm atmosphere. You'll find comfortable beds and generous storage space, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The living room is spacious and bright, designed for relaxing with family and friends, with comfortable sofas and refined decor to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The dining room, adjoining the living room, offers a beautiful space for sharing convivial meals. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare delicious dishes using local produce. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts, including modern appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

It is located in the emblematic “Madonuccia” building. In Madonuccia, Our Lady of Mercy has been the town's patroness and protector since 1656, when the plague wreaked havoc and spared Ajaccio. Her statue lines the windows of the living/dining room.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

The neighborhood

It's a central point from which you can enjoy a typically Ajaccian art of living.
You're at the crossroads of two environments that make Ajaccio one of the most livable towns in Europe. From the typical old Mediterranean town of Genoese origin, with its narrow streets, clinging buildings, souvenir stalls and numerous terraced bars and restaurants, to the more French-inspired neighborhoods developed in the 19th century, with their large bourgeois buildings and avenues.
This is the city's hypercentre, where everything that needs to be seen and done in the first place can be done on foot in just a few minutes.
If you're coming for business reasons, you can walk to the Palais des Congrès and most government offices: Prefecture, Town Hall, Police Station...

Getting around

By staying at this address, the cost and hassle of using a car is a thing of the past.

The port connects you to various parts of the coast, from Bonifacio to Porto, via the Calanches de Piana and Girolata.

The bus station offers regular coach services to all parts of Corsica.

The train station will take you to Balagne or Bastia, passing through Corte, the historic capital of independent Corsica, and taking in the breathtaking scenery.

The ferry terminal links you to France with daily connections to Marseille, Toulon and Nice by ferry, mixed cargo and high-speed ship.

Finally, Napoleon Bonaparte International Airport is around 15 minutes away by cab, VTC or shuttle.

If you feel the need to travel independently, you can rent cars, motorcycles, scooters, electric bikes and scooters, boats, jetskis, etc. in the neighborhood.

Nevertheless, if you wish to use your personal vehicle, several public parking lots are nearby:

⁃ a 3-minute walk (in front of the Palais des Congrès, entrance via Quai de la République)

⁃ 5 minutes on foot, on the Tino Rossi harbor,

⁃ 1 covered car park 2 minutes' walk away (Parking Diamant, entrance via avenue Eugène Macchini).

⁃ 10 minutes on foot, the bus station parking lot (entrance 17, boulevard Sampiero).

⁃ Around the accommodation, on-street parking is charged from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and costs €2.5 for 5 hours on weekdays and €3.75 for 7:30 am on Saturdays (free on Sundays).
