Lilou - House, Mountain View, Calm - by TGB

The space

François-Xavier and Sylvie are the owners of this pretty house, they will take pleasure in welcoming you and informing you about the places to visit, the possible activities but also the useful addresses when you arrive.
This house has been renovated with taste and keeps all its authentic hidden. Lilou's house is on two levels, on the 1st floor, a living room with a single bed and the separate equipped kitchen then a staircase to discover on the 2nd floor, a large cozy room where there are two beds, one of a second two-seater but also an open bathroom. Being an old house, there is no exterior but a splendid mountain view.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• Whatsapp, SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Quiet, restful.
Located close to the village of Vico, where you'll find all the local shops (grocery store, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, cafés...).
The nearest supermarkets are in Sagone.
In the vicinity of the village, you'll find numerous restaurants serving regional specialities.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
