The space

This pretty, typical 135 m² house is located in the commune of Pietrosella, on the south shore of Ajaccio, offering an ideal setting for vacations with family or friends. Just a five-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches on the south shore, you'll be able to take full advantage of the sea and the Mediterranean sun.

The large wooden terrace offers panoramic sea views, perfect for admiring the sunset while sharing a convivial aperitif. And let's not forget the swimming pool, the jewel in the crown of this property. With its pleasant dimensions (9x4.5m), you can bask in the Corsican sunshine and relax in the pool's weekly maintenance. The house has four bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests. With a sleeping capacity of ten, including three double beds, two single beds and a convertible sofa, this house is ideal for comfortably accommodating the whole family. Linen is of course provided for your comfort.

Private parking is at your disposal, allowing you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. To stay connected, a high-speed WiFi connection is available, while the well-equipped kitchen, with oven and microwave, invites you to discover island gastronomy. A washing machine and drying rack are also present to ensure clean clothes throughout your stay. For added convenience, an ironing kit is available, as well as a coffee machine and teapot, so you can feel right at home.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

The neighborhood

The house's location also gives you easy access to the many activities in the surrounding area. Nearby hiking trails take you through breathtaking landscapes, between sea and scrubland, while secret coves offer privileged bathing moments away from the crowds. The surrounding villages are full of traditional restaurants, perfect for discovering the authentic flavours of Corsican cuisine.
