The space

Located in Marseille on the Malmousque peninsula, discover ‘Les DAUPHINS de Malmousque’, a superb little house of 55m2 with a terrace equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Completely redesigned, renovated and tastefully decorated in 2023, it is situated in a typical Marseille neighbourhood.
It's the ideal location for enjoying the gentle pace of local life, just 50 metres from the sea and pretty little secret beaches.

The house comprises one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), a living room with a sofa, a round table and chairs, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge/freezer.

In addition, there is also an outdoor area with terrace and barbecue area, ideal for convivial al fresco dining. This area is carefully laid out, allowing you to enjoy your meals in the Mediterranean sunshine or relax at the end of the day with a drink in hand. The terrace offers a warm and peaceful setting, perfect for enjoying Marseille's pleasant climate while sharing special moments with friends and family.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

Nestled in the picturesque Malmousque district, you can enjoy walks along the coastline, discover secret coves for a moment of relaxation or savour local dishes in the small, authentic restaurants nearby. Its proximity to Marseille city centre, with its many museums, markets and emblematic monuments, also makes it an excellent base for exploring the city.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
