Welcome to this charming 40m² house, nestling in the heart of a green setting north of Ajaccio, in the peaceful residences of the Gulf of Lava. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it offers an authentic and relaxing setting, just a few minutes from the fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.

This semi-detached house has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The living room, bathed in natural light, is a convivial space perfect for relaxing. It opens onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to share.

Outside, a beautiful private terrace invites you to enjoy the sunny Corsican climate. Make yourself comfortable for an alfresco breakfast, an aperitif at the end of the day or simply to enjoy a moment of tranquillity surrounded by nature.

There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, from hiking in the Corsican maquis to water sports in the Gulf of Lava, or exploring the island's picturesque villages and rich cultural heritage. Whether you're looking for escape, relaxation or adventure, this house is the ideal base from which to explore Corsica's natural and unspoilt beauty.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
