The space

The flat has two stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bright living room, with its large picture windows, invites you to relax while enjoying the exceptional sea views.

The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for all your needs: hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The dining table can seat up to six guests, making it ideal for enjoying a meal overlooking the sea.

For your comfort, the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate toilet, ensuring practicality and well-being throughout your stay.

You'll be staying in an area with excellent transport links, with a bus stop for the beach and the town centre just down the road. There is also an unnumbered car park at the bottom of the building.

The location is ideal for discovering the treasures of Ajaccio and the surrounding area.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

Just minutes from the heavenly beaches of Les Sanguinaires, you can enjoy swimming in crystal-clear waters, hiking with spectacular views or seaside restaurants serving tasty Corsican specialities. Ajaccio city centre, with its local market, shops and cultural venues, is also within easy reach. You can also take advantage of all the local services (Spar shop, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) just a stone's throw from the home.

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)

• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
