This bright and welcoming 40m² flat features an open-plan living area with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a cosy dining area with a small dining table for two. You will also enjoy a very comfortable queen-size bed, offering all the comforts you need for a restful night's sleep. A functional shower room completes the package.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Enjoy a privileged location right in the city centre, within easy reach of Ajaccio's historic streets, typical market and many lively cafés and restaurants. It's an easy walk to Saint-François beach, Napoleon's birthplace or the harbour, the ideal starting point for exploring Corsica's magnificent landscapes by boat.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
