The space

There are three beautiful, light-filled bedrooms (one with a king-size 180 bed and two others with queen-size 160 beds), offering comfort and privacy for everyone.

The generous, light-filled living space features a large, convivial lounge and dining room opening onto a modern, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends. The bathroom has an elegant walk-in shower and double washbasin for added comfort and convenience.

Outside, enjoy a large terrace overlooking a pleasant garden with superb uninterrupted views of the Corsican mountains, perfect for admiring magnificent sunsets and making the most of the mild Mediterranean climate.

This flat occupies the lower level of a villa, ensuring peace and quiet throughout your stay.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Located just a few minutes from Ajaccio and the surrounding beaches, it's the ideal base for exploring the island's west coast, hiking in the surrounding mountains or discovering the charming villages typical of the Ajaccio region. A haven of peace for an authentic stay in Corsica!

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
