The villa boasts a large, light-filled living room with large picture windows that flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen will appeal to food lovers, who will be able to prepare delicious meals with ease, while enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea. Next door, the spacious and elegant dining area promises unforgettable moments of conviviality, enhanced by a wide opening onto the surrounding enchanting landscape.

The villa has 5 comfortable, bright bedrooms, which can easily accommodate up to 10 people. Each room boasts an exceptional view, whether of the deep blue sea, the majestic mountains or the lush Mediterranean garden. Wake up each morning with the unique feeling of being in perfect harmony with nature.

Outside, the spacious terrace is the perfect place to host al fresco meals, festive barbecues or simply to relax and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the surrounding Corsican landscape. The infinity pool offers panoramic sea views and is an invitation to relax and cool off on a hot summer's day.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• We remain available by SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Ideally located in Tiuccia, the villa enjoys a strategic position, just a few minutes from fine sandy beaches and close to numerous hiking trails offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Water sports enthusiasts can try their hand at diving, jet-skiing or paddle-boarding, while those in search of cultural discoveries will appreciate the region's typical villages and local markets.

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
