The space

The villa features a bright living room, carefully designed with large picture windows that let in natural light. This space is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, whether you're looking to enjoy an evening out, organise lively games evenings, or simply admire the changing colours of the sea panorama.

Adjacent to the living room is an elegant and convivial dining area with uninterrupted sea views, guaranteeing warm and unforgettable moments during shared meals. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen will appeal to food lovers, offering everything you need to prepare tasty meals with ease.

The 5 comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 10 people, are all designed to offer optimum comfort. Each has been warmly decorated and boasts a remarkable view, either of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea or of the lush vegetation surrounding the villa.

The spacious outdoor terrace is a true extension of the comforts inside, inviting you to enjoy pleasant outdoor meals, convivial barbecues, or simply peaceful moments when you can admire the serenity and natural beauty of the Corsican coastline. Private access to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the fine sand and crystal-clear waters at any time of day, guaranteeing a truly privileged stay in Corsica.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• We remain available by SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Ideally located, the villa offers easy access to numerous activities such as diving, paddle boarding and boat trips to discover the hidden treasures of the Corsican coastline. Nearby, you can also explore the picturesque hiking trails or visit the charming villages typical of the region, for a holiday that combines relaxation and discovery.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
