The space

During your stay, you will have access to the ground floor of the villa as well as to the entire outdoor area, including the swimming pool, garden and all the spaces and facilities mentioned here.

This modern, elegant home welcomes you into a vast, air-conditioned living-dining area, bathed in light thanks to its large picture windows opening onto a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with generous storage space: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (with the possibility of making it a 2 single bed setup), and a third bedroom with a double bed. For maximum comfort and privacy, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Enjoy the friendly games room, decorated in the warm atmosphere of an English salon, where you can play table football, darts and other board games.

Outside, you will find a large, carefully landscaped terrace, ideal for sharing pleasant moments with family and friends. It includes a covered area with an outdoor kitchen with BBQ facilities, as well as an additional dining area, perfect for enjoying tasty meals in the mild Mediterranean climate.

The superb swimming pool invites you to relax and cool off, with sun loungers to make the most of the Corsican sun. Enjoy precious moments of idleness in this idyllic setting.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

The villa is located just a few minutes from Pietrosella's most beautiful beaches and within easy reach of local amenities such as shops, restaurants and water sports. Explore the region's enchanting landscapes, hike the coastal paths or discover the charming surrounding villages for an authentic and unforgettable Corsican holiday.

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
