The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals and share moments of conviviality around the table. The spacious, well-appointed bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of practical storage space to make you feel right at home. The modern, elegant bathroom, with its walk-in shower, harmoniously completes this space dedicated to your comfort.

Finally, make the most of the charming little terrace, which has been carefully laid out: it's perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning or sharing a pleasant dinner al fresco while enjoying Ajaccio's mild, sunny climate.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

Located in the immediate vicinity of Ajaccio's historic centre, you are just a few minutes' walk from typical shops, cafés and restaurants. Easily explore the city's major attractions, such as Napoleon's birthplace, the local market and the beautiful surrounding beaches, for a holiday full of discovery and relaxation.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
