The space

The interior is designed to provide comfort and entertainment for all. There's a modern relaxation area with a large television for movie nights, as well as a lounge dedicated to card and board games for cosy moments with friends and family. The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious, convivial meals.

The villa has five well-appointed bedrooms: two with king-size beds, one with a queen-size bed, one ideal for children or teenagers with three single beds, and one with a comfortable sofa bed. Each of the bedrooms has generous storage space for your comfort and convenience. There are three modern bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bath, to suit every taste.

Outside, two large terraces with dining areas let you make the most of Corsica's sunny climate. A private boules pitch awaits you for friendly tournaments and unforgettable moments of relaxation.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

This villa is ideally located close to the magnificent beaches of Porticcio, renowned for their turquoise waters and breathtaking scenery. Take advantage of the many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a variety of activities such as water sports, boat trips and exploring the superb hiking trails along the Corsican coast. Your stay promises to be rich in relaxation, adventure and unforgettable memories.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
