The space

The studio features a comfortable living area with a quality sofa bed, TV, a dining area ideal for breakfast or dinner, and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The functional bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

Ideal for a solo or couple stay, this studio combines comfort and practicality in a quiet environment with easy access to beaches and local amenities. You'll be close to the Lazaret beach, just a few minutes from Ajaccio city center, and benefit from a bus stop at the foot of the residence.

The neighborhood offers quick access to a wide range of activities, including seaside strolls, water sports, hiking and cultural discoveries in the old town. The ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of Ajaccio and Corsica's west coast.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
