This new flat, perched high above the sea, offers uninterrupted views of the sea and the town, which you can admire from a bright, contemporary living space.

Located just 5 minutes' walk from Lazaret beach and 1 km from Ricanto beach, the flat is perfectly placed for enjoying the Corsican coastline. There is a bus stop at the foot of the building, making it easy to get to the city centre, the beaches or Ajaccio's tourist attractions.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
