The space

Stay in my charming 2-room flat, ideally located on the Route des Sanguinaires, offering a lovely, bright loggia with a lovely view. This comfortable flat welcomes you in a bright and warm atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The living room-loggia creates a pleasant living space where you can enjoy moments of relaxation, whether for a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cater for all your culinary needs, whether you want to prepare quick meals or more elaborate dinners.

The bedroom, with its comfortable queen-size bed, is a real cocoon of tranquillity, ideal for rest and a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, offering all the comforts you need to start or end your day on the right foot.
In addition, all the childcare equipment is provided free of charge for the duration of the stay.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

Ideally located, this accommodation gives you easy access to the famous beaches of Les Sanguinaires, ideal for swimming, walking or watching the sunset. Nearby, you'll also find local shops and restaurants where you can sample Corsican cuisine. Explore Ajaccio's historic centre, its museums and charming alleyways for a memorable stay.

On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
