The space

The accommodation comprises a welcoming lounge bathed in natural light, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, with a TV area and reading corner. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, etc.) opens onto a cosy dining area, perfect for sharing convivial moments.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and high-quality mattress, plus plenty of storage space to help you organise your stay. The bathroom is highly functional, with a modern shower, washbasin with storage unit and WC.

Ideal for tourists or business travellers, this flat offers an excellent compromise between modern comfort and a strategic location. You'll be just a few minutes from the beaches, shops, restaurants and historic centre of Ajaccio. A nearby bus stop makes it easy to get around the town.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: swimming, strolling along the seafront, discovering the cultural heritage or strolling through the local markets. An ideal base from which to explore the town and the natural riches of the Ajaccio region.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
