The space

The flat comprises a large living room bathed in natural light, offering a warm and welcoming setting with large, soft sofas, a peaceful reading area and tasteful decor combining modernity with local touches. It's the ideal place to meet up with family or friends after a day of exploring.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery) opens onto a spacious dining room with a large table, perfect for sharing convivial meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

Two bedrooms await you, each with a double bed and hotel-quality bedding, plenty of storage space (wardrobes) and an atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation. A separate office, quiet and bright, offers an ideal space for teleworking in comfort.

The bathroom is modern and elegant, with a large walk-in shower with glass enclosure, a contemporary vanity unit with storage space, a light mirror and an integrated toilet for optimum everyday comfort.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

The neighborhood

This accommodation offers a pleasant setting just a few minutes from the beaches, shops, restaurants and old town. With good public transport links, it's easy to discover the different facets of Ajaccio. The district also offers a wide range of activities, including walks along the Cours Napoléon, cultural visits, typical markets and sea outings. It's the perfect place to enjoy the Corsican atmosphere, between city and nature.
