The space

The interior of the villa opens onto a large living room bathed in natural light, with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable designer sofa and a clean, modern style of decoration. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils, etc.) and opens onto a large indoor dining room where you can share your meals in a cosy setting.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm), generous storage space, top-of-the-range bedding and large windows to the outside. A fourth bedroom has two double beds and is ideal for children or teenagers. Each bedroom has been designed to offer comfort, privacy and rest.

The villa also boasts three modern, spacious bathrooms: the first, on the first floor, is ideally located near bedrooms 1 and 2; the second is on the ground floor, adjoining bedroom 3; and the third, also on the ground floor, is close to bedroom 4. Each has a walk-in shower, toilet, modern basins and functional storage. An additional separate toilet is located upstairs.

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and conviviality. A large terrace surrounds the private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and sunbathing on the sun loungers. There is also a pleasantly shaded patio with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and covered dining area, perfect for al fresco dining and summer evenings with friends and family.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

Located in the popular residential area of Ruppione, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting yet is close to sandy beaches, coastal paths and local shops. You'll be a 10-minute walk from the Ruppione beach, one of the most beautiful in the area, ideal for swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing by the sea. A host of outdoor activities are within easy reach, including hiking, boat trips, water sports and excursions to the surrounding wild coves. It's the perfect place to experience the very essence of Corsica, a blend of luxury, nature and authenticity.

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
