The space

The large living area is bathed in natural light and offers a convivial, functional space. It includes a comfortable lounge with sofa and television, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, crockery, etc.) and a cosy dining area where you can share your meals with ease.
The spacious bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, quality bedding and plenty of storage space for a perfectly organised stay. The highly functional bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and WC.

Outside, a lovely terrace with a sea view awaits you to make the most of the mild Corsican climate. Whether you're enjoying breakfast in the sun or an evening in peace and quiet, this is the ideal place to relax overlooking the Mediterranean.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

Set in unspoilt natural surroundings, the accommodation enjoys a privileged location, just a few minutes from the fine sandy beaches, wild creeks and coastal paths of Ajaccio's south shore. You can easily go swimming, paddle-boarding or hiking, or discover the local markets and Corsican specialities. The perfect setting for an authentic holiday between sea and scrub.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
