The space

The LISCIA 2 flat, spread over two levels and measuring 57 m², can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a functional, friendly layout for simple stays.

On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall leading to a bright living room with a sitting area (including a sofa bed) and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils, etc.). A bedroom with double bed and a shower room with WC complete this level.

Upstairs, accessible from the outside for greater privacy, a second independent bedroom awaits you with a double bed (140 cm), its own shower room and WC. An ideal configuration for preserving your independence while sharing convivial moments.

Outside, take advantage of the enclosed garden to relax or enjoy your meals al fresco. You'll be less than 5 minutes' walk from beaches, local shops and a host of sporting activities (hiking, water sports, horse riding, etc.).

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

This accommodation is an ideal base for exploring the west coast of Corsica, with its turquoise sea, typical villages, unspoilt nature and gentle Mediterranean lifestyle.

• End-of-stay cleaning

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
