The space

The villa is distinguished by its many living spaces, designed for well-being and conviviality. The first living room is bright and welcoming, with a large flat-screen TV and two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing. A second lounge bathed in natural light opens directly onto the first outdoor terrace, which has been converted into a lounge area. There is also a large, fully-equipped modern kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, coffee maker, utensils, etc.) opening onto a large dining room with a family table, ideal for indoor meals.

At night, the villa has five elegantly decorated bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds (160 cm) with built-in storage, while two others have single beds, perfect for children or teenagers. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom, with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort for all occupants.

The exterior is just as remarkable. The first terrace, which is raised, has been converted into an outdoor lounge and offers uninterrupted views, ideal for aperitifs or reading in the shade. It overlooks the second terrace, which surrounds the magnificent private swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers for lazy days under the Corsican sun. An additional patio houses a fully equipped summer kitchen and covered dining area, perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

Situated in a peaceful part of Porticcio, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches, shops, local market and lively resort centre, this villa is the ideal base from which to explore the beauty of the southern coastline, enjoy water sports, go hiking in the maquis or discover Corsican specialities in the nearby villages. A unique location for an unforgettable holiday combining relaxation, nature and discovery.

On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
